An Overview of the Rules and Features
Astro Magic features the classic five-reel, three-row structure with a concise nine paylines. Set hovering in the cosmos above Earth, the payout symbols are appropriately made up of colourful zodiac constellations and bonus symbols all following an astrological theme. We were certainly glad to have a break from the commonplace playing card symbols with this one. The wild will also replace any symbol on the reels except scatter and our bonus symbols; these same bonus symbols will activate two bonus rounds. Three or more sun symbols will activate the Instant Bonus offering the chance to win free spins and multipliers by clicking on the suns-cum-mystery-boxes. Three or more moon symbols will activate the Galaxy Bonus where you will find yourself hovering above a red planet, presumably Mars, flying through the galaxy past constellations all worth different amounts, whichever one you stop at awards you up to 360 coins. Although the game rules state you can somehow win up to 4,950 coins in this round, we are yet to figure out quite how this is possible.
