The Rules and Features Circus Style
The Grand Circus is a 5-reel, 3-row slot machine with an entertainment theme, which has 20 selectable paylines and a bonus feature. Although selecting a single payline is an option, you can ensure a much better chance by betting on all 20 lines. As far as betting ranges go, you can choose between ￡0.20 and ￡40 per spin. The symbols are probably what you’d expect – a ringmaster, a bike-riding bear, a horse, a human cannonball, an elephant, a juggler, an assortment of circus food, including a hotdog, soda and popcorn. There is no Wild in this game and the only special symbol is a Scatter. It’s the game logo but be careful not to mistake it for another, quite similar symbol – that of a circus tent that says The Circus instead of the Grand Circus. Three or more Scatter symbols trigger the bonus feature, in which you’ll either get Free Spins or have the chance to receive bonus coins for picking three out of six bears riding bikes on ropes in the air. Conclusion – Circus Comes to Town
Despite having an eye-catching, colourful theme, The Grand Circus video slot is not amongst my top games. First, it doesn’t have a Wild symbol. Second, the payouts are not that big. Then, the feature doesn’t come that often. Finally, the whole mix-up with the two symbols looking alike is too much. But, I must admit, I don’t have a particularly high opinion of the circus as an institution, so I might be biased. If you enjoy the theme of circus going, this will definitely be a lovely game to try.
